I am working on an Adventure/Dating Sim/Visual Novel based on the Ashbringer lore where you play as a common Scarlet Crusade's soldier working at Tyr's Hand, when destiny decides for some reason that you should be the one wielding the Ashbringer ! Freshly taken by force at Naxxramas, so it is corrupted. Azeroth needs the Scarlet Crusade ! Can you save it from fanatism and its inner enemy ?... This game is a fan-based parody. Warcraft is owned by Blizzard-Activision. Scarlet Ashbringer is not affiliated in any way, shape or form with this legal entity. Why should you support Scarlet Ashbringer ? I create this game as a hobby, during my free time and with my own money. I am a developer, not an artist, therefore I must hire talented drawers for my illustrations. Your support will be used to command Scarlet Ashbringer's assets in larger quantity and with a better quality. Your support will not be used to pay me, I work voluntarily because I like what I do. I just can't afford to cover the expense of the game itself. What will be the content ? The Scarlet Crusade will be deeply explored and I'm not going to let a single piece of lore slip away. Monastery secrets ? Hearthglen ? The Crimson Legion ? The headless Horseman ? I'll get them all ! But past the Crusade itself, more faction will join the party. So far, the Amani, the Blood Elves and the Argent Dawn are present. The Forsaken will join somehow because Sylvanas is a hot piece of ass because their lore is very interesting and is tied to the Scarlet Crusade. More to discover. Any surprise I should expect ? Well Chromie is helping you, so you could expect some unexpected characters expecting to fight the expected Scourge with unexpected ways. What was I saying ? I'm trying to fit the lore as much as possible, but let's be honest here. It's a porn game and a comedy, at some point there will be some inaccuracies. And I may bring some characters supposed to be hella far, like maybe somewhere in Kalimdor despite she was raised as a mage in Dalaran which is pretty close, isn't that convenient... How long will it take to finish the game ? I have no idea fam. I've been working for 6 years and I feel like I'd need 4 more. Of course the longest part is to wait the asset to be created. I wanted to create this game because I've never see a WoW based game exactly how I liked, and the Ashbringer is a lore that is not explored enough. Plus, the Scarlet Crusader is often just forgotten past Whitemane and I think it's a shame, given how good their story can be.
