Hello, my name is Kanesha Bryant, better known as TheVeryWorstThing on tumblr. I love character design, horror stories, monster girls, and cool lizards. Let's be pals. I've been freelancing for about a year now after a solid ten years in retail and its been a prety good time. I've had the opportunity to connect with amazing artists, publish well-received zines , and really rediscover my love of worldbuilding. The last point is especially apparent in my huge worldbuilding project, Downtrodden . A world of brutal eldritch predators, mysterious illnesses, tough-as-nails midwives, and fuzzy bunnies. I've also been working on a series of travel short stories called Small Guide, chronicling the training of a new-hire to a guild of professional goblin Fantasy Travelers. On top of all THAT I've been hoarding secret projects about space adventure while sinking ever deeper into the world of costume design and fashion worldbuiding. If you need a ballgown for a mind-bending cryptid I am down for that. I live for it. Having the time and energy to write and illustrate these worlds has made them blossom like no projects I've ever attempted before, and I want to continue reveling in this new found enthusiasm forever. Or at least, until I run out of ides. Whichever comes first. That's where you fine folks come in. Your support means that I can keep working on these personal projects in bigger and better ways. I have ideas about table top games, comics, and video games in the future, and I'm so excited to try these new creative outlets! But, I'm also very realistic about how much groceries cost. Help me out a little bit so I can focus on delivering the best weird I can scrounge up.
